On Saturday, September 13, NAMI Greater Monmouth presented an educational program to members and friends on “Evidence Based Counseling Approaches.” As a self-help organization of people pursuing mental wellness, many NAMI members benefit from access to psychotherapy, as well as to counseling and coaching services that embed psychotherapeutic methods.
